1. Get an old paper bag and cut out the bottom/slice to create a sheet of thick brown Kraft paper. 2. Wet it and crumple it up. 3. Add watered down ink (directly poured while still in the sink). Crunch up again as desired (a lot or a little will yield different results). 4. Rinse as much or as little as you like. 5. Lay out on top of newspaper. 6. Iron flat. 7. Let dry overnight. 8. Next day, continue to manipulate paper in preparation for drawing. Weave it, paint it, layer it, stitch it, etc. Go CRAZY. 9. Once your page is dry and prepped. Sketch your drawing (something metal and shiny) on the page. The paper should provide the gray and you can add the black and white. Use watercolors which were great for this craft and ink background.
